Little about your professional journey?
With 2 decades in the BFSI industry having served for reputed brands like Indiabulls Group & MFGlobal in the Capital Markets; Muthoot Fincorp Ltd – flagship company of Muthoot Pappachan Group at a Senior Management role as an Intrapreneur in the Gold loan industry and MSME Sector, I started my Entrepreneurship journey after pursuing Strategic Management Programme from IIM -Ahmedabad, build Worlds Only Aggregator platform for Solutions & Services under One Ecosystem in the name of Yurja under the banner SSLR Consultancy LLP in 2019.
Post Covid, I had to come back to Corporate World and joined hands with Mr.PN Shetty, Founder & CEO of RupeeBoss Financial Services Pvt Ltd and launched MSME Bharat Manch similiar to Yurja to support every MSMEs in the country to scale them up and assist in their Entrepreneurship journey right from Company Formation to Company Listing besides arranging 360 Degree Business Solutions for Financing, Marketing, Technology, Assistance to all the 600+ Govt Schemes launched by the Ministry of MSME, Govt of India, Coaching, Consulting & Training etc., besides fostering Entrepreneurship to Youth -MBA Students, Women, Farmers, Poor including Differently abled – Divyangs to make them Independent & Self -Reliant.
How did you come to your current role/position?
Joy of Giving has been my Principle andi go all out to support any divine soul whovreach out to me for help and support. Today,at Ruppeeboss Financial Services, we are one of the leading National Loan Distributor for all kind of Loans from across 100+ Banks & NBFCs in the country, be it Unsecured Business Loan without collateral, Personal Loan, Secured Loan – both Home Loan & Loan against Property, Working Capital , Gold loan, Car loan, Loan against Shares, Mutual Funds & Insurance too as low as 1 lakh to 1000 Cr., without charging them and that too FREE Door-Step Service.
Today loan disbursement is not considered as a Sale, but more of supporting and helping the Customers specially MSME Business Owners who are literally struggling from pillar to post.
Who has influenced you the most in life and why?
From the very childhood, my parents both my father Late. Shri. P N Ganeshan & my Mother, Smt. Vasantha Ganeshan have been my inspiration, strength who have taught me Values, Manners, Discipline and made me Independent to be on my own at a point of time. Besides my parents, i have been spiritually blessed by Her Holiness Mata Amritanandamayi ( Worldwide known as AMMA ), my Spouse Shyne who have also been my Strength in every challenging times, both my daughter Sharanya and Lavanya.,who brings great happiness in my life daily.
Special mention of my Coach – Mr. Jeroninio Almeida (Jerry) who is one of the International Inspirational Speaker & Coach in Entrepreneurship & Leadership ; Shri. Thomas John Muthoot, Chairman of Muthoot Pappachan Group, with whom i worked closely for a decade and learned every aspects of Management across each function be it Sales & Marketing, HR, Operations, Technology, Administration, Team Management & Ofcourse New Branch Expansion & Management.
What are the biggest challenges you have faced in your life and how did you overcome them?
The biggest Challenge for me in my life was, when i moved from Muthoot Group and started my new Entrepreneurship journey single handedly without raising any funds from Private Equity, purely through Bootstrap. I went through all the challenge to get my company formed, set up my website, building my team and while i was to expand further, covid gave a big blow.
However, I had to again start from ground zero, but withstood with all the challenges and went ahead to build the Yurja Model with an optimistic mind, as i have always been a performer for the last 25 Years in my early corporate stint.
What lessons you have learned from your professional career?
Lessons that i have learned is, Every Entrepreneur or a CEO or a Director has to start from the scratch, from the ground level only, then only you know the facts and ground realities of life and business. While you move the Corporate ladder, never ever lose track of the groundedness & be as humble as you can.,as you have to balance well with your downline team and Senior management team also.
No Brains are unique, so is your team. It may take time for all the team members to understand the Vision, Mission & Values of the Company. Spend enough time individually to explain, nurture them and get them aligned with the Corporate objectives & Founders Mentality.
Be very ambitious and aim to take up a Senior position in the Company. Believe in the Law of Attraction and Manifest, what would you wish to achieve in your life both personally & professionally.
What do you see as the biggest challenge for brands in the digital space?
See, today is the era of digitization and every organisation has to mandatorily have their presence by first having their smart website, Run their Campaign in all Social media viz. FACEBOOK, LINKEDIN, INSTAGRAM, TWITTER which is X now. besides Whatsapp Business for marketing.
There are also Virtual Expo by companies like Ablifree, where you can display your products and services that can reach 140Cr + Indians aswell as Internationally too. Thus, the challenge is for those Brands who are yet to enter the Digital space and are continuing the traditional methods..
How your services, product, or solution can help to resolve the pain points of your customers?
Today the biggest pain point for a MSME Business Owner is Access to Credit, Marketing support & Technology support besides all other functional requirement etc.
Ministry of MSME under the Govt of India has launched more than 600+ Schemes & Subsidies for MSMEs, however 99% of the MSMEs are still not aware about any of the schemes and even if they know, they may not know who should be contacted.

What do you do in your free time?
I never have Free time. Since this Model is a unique copyrighted Business Model, both myself & Mr.PN Shetty are very passionate to build a robust system of Solution Seekers , Solution Providers and Solution Ambassadors and with our Feet on Street Team, we want to reach 7Cr+ Registered MSMEs pan india on war footing to offer and support them will services especially Loans + Insurance + MSME Offerings . Do you have any advice for those who want to be an entrepreneur/chief officer?
My only Advise to any Aspiring Entrepreneur is to identify your Product or Services that can bridge the gap or a particular problem statement based on the specific industry or sector, that would bring a huge transfomation for the society at large besides focus on the Value that you are bringing rather than focussing on Valuation.
