By choice (in 2018), driven by an urge to Add Value to Human Development, making a meaningful difference.
Who has influenced you the most in life and why?
I admire & learnt from many – but no role model. Most influence/drive had been the incessant urge to evolve every day.
The biggest challenges you have faced in your life
Biggest challenge is self-transformation – Biggest barrier to cross is Self / Mindset. Way to overcome is Determination, Persistence & Faith in future. It’s a struggle to compete with self & emerge better tomorrow than today.
What lessons you have learned from your professional career?
Some are listed below:
- Deserve better to get more. Looking back everyday, I need to be better than yesterday.
- Separate Issue from Person
- It is better to be Genuine than Correct – Authentic than Perfect
- Excellence happens when you become One with the Cause (non-duality)
- If you need better Fruits, you need to work at the Roots
- Invest in Understanding people – not in Transforming them
- Most precious thing to protect is your Sanity. Develop independent thinking & be true to your convictions
What do you see as the biggest challenge for brands in the digital space?
Biggest challenges to Brands overall – not just in digital space:
- How to remain relevant to customer needs? This can happen when you invest in understanding & owning customers, not your products
- How to meaningfully different for the customer to pick you ahead & instead of competition? This can happen when you become custodian of customer interest
How your services, or solution can help to resolve the pain points of your customers?
Most of us are underleveraged not undertalented. Hence it is not Talent deficit, but Application deficit.
Application deficit arises out of Perspective deficit. How we think / our outlook / worldview/ approach to work & life; decides what we do & achieve
To address above challenge, I work at the Source – Your Mind. I work on right mind orientation. I help people to think / think differently to find their own solutions to their problems; thus, facilitate them to succeed professionally & feel fulfilled, personally.
