A little about your professional journey? & How did you come to your current role/position?
I’m an Indian business executive. Currently working as the chief executive officer (CEO) of BSB Technology. Before that, I had started freelancing and drew up business strategies for individual companies and clients. So, I came up with the idea of building a technology platform for cyber security and business development with recruitment services.
Finally, I incorporated BSB-Technology. The name, BSB Technology is derived from my father’s name. I had begun my career as a medical student. Later I joined cyber security in 2016, Where I led the cyber security and innovation efforts for a suite of cyber client software products, Including Metasploit and backdoor as well as being largely responsible for Ransoms In addition, I went to oversee the development of other applications. Later I had shown interest in the share market. During this period, I had voracious reading also led to studying and understanding the balance sheets of various companies at the growth stage. I have achieved 72 professional certifications and 5 diplomas on the Technology side.
Who has influenced you the most in life and why?
I was just like any other teenager buried in books and reading all that fed my curiosity. One such read changed my life. I had read an article on “Cyber Security” by Daniel, who is considered to be the father of this idea. Daniel advocated picking the best tools for cyberattacks. I was hooked on the idea and began seeking ways to actively test the strategy.
Now, I run BSB technology, an online offline security manager that enables people to make smart decisions from IT & NON-IT services. I persisted and even worked for Chinese and American companies, with the help of my friend.
The biggest challenges you have faced in your life and how did you overcome them
Never faced any kind of tough challenges in my life, yes, I do face many challenges that I overcome with abilities and a positive attitude towards life, but I never find them difficult when I wasn’t able to overcome them. Challenges are a part of life it depends on the person and how we deal with them.
What lessons you have learned from your professional career?
I have learned many lessons in my professional career as well as my personal life. Mostly I have learned to trust and verify your relationships because bad relations destroy us in many ways.
What do you see as the biggest challenge for brands in the digital space?
The biggest challenge for brands is generating quality leads, Developing, a content marketing strategy, Creating-content that people want, promoting brand awareness, and finally measuring data and useful analytics.
How your services, product, or solution can help to resolve the pain points of your customers?
Unlike off-the-shelf software, custom software is designed to meet the specific needs of a business. This helps address unique challenges, integrate seamlessly with existing systems, and support specific workflows, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
Mostly we concentrate on Scalability and Flexibility, Competitive Advantage, Security, and Compliance. And coming to services. Finding the right talent is a major challenge for many businesses. Recruitment services provide access to a broader talent pool, including passive candidates who might not actively be looking for new opportunities but are open to the right offer.
What do you do in your free time?
Mostly I’ll spend with books and try to learn many new things, and business strategies. Sometimes I’ll spend time with my friends & family.
Do you have any advice for those who want to be an entrepreneur/chief officer?
Yeah, to become a chief executive officer first you have to develop your skills. Because skills are more important than a college degree.
