I was one of the people who was born rich and lived poor because of the divorce between my mother and father. This happened at my 6 age as everyone knows later on going through many issues which usually all divorced families face in India.

Selling a product is always been a habit in my life since I was 11 years old. Finally, by avoiding all life problems I completed Engineering and dreamed settle my life through it. But there also one incident happened which made me a situation to go for a work where I get good salary on every month. I didn’t have a choice at that time and I proudly joined Pavers England as a salesman. I must remember Mr. Rejin sir who hired me there and guided me on how to be motivated. This was one of his words which I still remember, “DON’T THINK THAT YOU DON’T HAVE MONEY TO BUY ANYTHING OR FOR SPEND IT. BETTER YOU SPEND AND REALISE THIS SO YOU WILL WORK HARD NEXT MONTH TO INCREASE YOUR INCOME. “

Later on, I moved to Sri Lanka where I saw a brand that represents Sri Lankan Ayurveda and that was my turning point to become an entrepreneur. As like everybody knows I was from the god’s own country- Kerala which has a great Ayurveda for a long back. Meanwhile, I have gained retail experience of 7+ years.

That poor boy to become something urgent made me start my own company with the finest Ayurveda products for those who face problems in Hair, Skin, Beauty, and more. But the start was not so good, because that was the time pandemic of Covid happened and put me again where I had been. Who is born in fire has never been destroyed in sunlight. As it says again my ideas blossomed and re-started after covid which is www.sahasraraonline.com in the core value of providing high quality, plant-based products that are safe for people and the planet by making a fusion of Kerala Ayurveda culture.

I started my company in Sri Lanka itself. As I said I was working there, and I used to spend 16+ hours on duty whenever I had free time, I started to research what are the possibilities and also tried to communicate with many foreigners about the chances and problems they wanted. I put myself more into the Sri Lankan brand to understand what made them unique to become successful and learned their journey as well. Later I understood that India has so many brands but nothing that represents the pure Ayurveda of Kerala. This leads me to start an online platform in the name of Sahasrara.in by converting my personal Instagram page into a business page. We are always there when customers have problems in our category. My retail experience of 10+ years helped me to constantly face more challenges and build a no 1 Ayurveda brand in Kerala.

In my life, My life problems inspired me more than any person in my life. I will explain one story that happened in my life.

I hope everyone knows about Vishu in Kerala. That was 1 day before Vishu when I was studying in 7th standard. My self, my brother, and mom were sitting and discussing how we celebrate this Vishu when we don’t have money for it. So, me and my brother came up with the idea of selling “Konnapoo” – which is a yellow flower we use on Vishu day early morning to see as Kani with Bhagavan Vishnu with fruits and many things at one place to believe the entire year we all live Happiness and Joy. So, we went to the roadside tree and plucked many bunches of flowers and came home and made bundles. Then we visited each home to sell bundles for 5 rupees. How many more Vishu have to come? What will replace this incident? So my life is my inspiration.

Well, if you read all those above, you already know the answer, Still, That moment When my parents decided to Divorce was the first challenge in my life, and later on my brother’s death which was happened in 2014. Have many social problems I face but beyond all of that these two have given me more challenges in my life and always I had a mind to be positive about all of my life problems. For example, If my brother hadn’t died on that day I have become an engineer in an Indian company and I would have working there still for the salary.

So be positive and find only positive when you go through any problems.

What important lessons have you gained from your career experience?

Instead of learning I would say I am curious to see what are the next mistakes I am gonna make. Because my career is a proven example of this we can learn from our mistakes. Mixing personal life with business hours, Trusting people over words rather than Agreement. Etc.

For those who want to become successful, I will suggest not repeating the above mistakes. Don’t trust results in one day. Because we won’t hear or understand the hard work of others who are successful in any of business or life. There is no Miracle. Results are always the sum of your effort and honest relationship with customers.

The greatest obstacle that brands face in the digital landscape?

Digital space is like an ocean where we see beautiful sunset but we don’t know anything about the sunset process. This way lack of knowledge about digital marketing and media was the biggest challenge. There are high chances of being cheated by agencies who offer results but never. So I suggest everyone gain minimum basic knowledge about what you are doing.

Your Solution for the Pain Points of your customers

www.sahasraraonline.com is an Ayurveda brand that is fashioned with Kerala tradition as well. We provide all beauty products in the finest Ayurveda without adding any harmful ingredients. We are paraben-free, Cruelty-free, Sulphate, as well Vegan.

Another point is everybody markets Ayurveda at high prices. We are different in that we always offer affordable prices. Everyone can reach out to us and use pure Ayurveda products. Also, we offer 1-2 days home delivery as well. Now we are focusing on starting more outlets as well to reach those customers who seek to purchase offline. By the coming 2 years we will at least cover all south in this plan.

In my free time, I still enjoy dreaming a lot, watching movies, and enjoying new tastes available in cities. But always 50% of my mind will constantly think of my business even if I am doing any of the above or I start relating to my business.

Do you have any advice for those who want to start their career in beauty cosmetic Brand or field.?

Yes. I do have some suggestions rather than say it as advice. Always prioritize your goals and understand your competitors first, then act accordingly as you grow.

And try to be unique rather than copying others’ ideas to start one. If you want to start a soap brand and once you become ready to do you may see many people doing the same at your place and some of them make good sales. But you can’t expect their sales in your product because they have their own customer base. Also, you can’t give up until you achieve your goal. Also, try to learn about digital marketing as much as possible. Or else you may cheated by others in the name of digital marketing.

Neither friends nor relatives won’t be happy for you to do different things in your life and become successful. Everyone tells you that they support but inside they won’t. Never share your ideas with anyone until you make that happen.
