How did you come to your current role/position?
I founded this company so Founder and CEO is the appropriate designation to take I feel
Who has influenced you the most in life and why?
I have been a self-inspired person since childhood as I don’t like to follow what others are doing. I am coming up from a family where Govt/an MNC job is the only way to lead a good life where you can find success easily, but from childhood, I wanted to be a sportsman till high school then I went to college and wanted to be an actor and gradually it shifted my interest to film director, then I realized after spending some time at that industry that actors are puppets at and film director has the power. That opened a lot of angles in my life where I realized the same thing is happening at corporates where Managers/Directors/Decision Makers have the Power and their lives are so happy and colorful. That made me fall in love with Power in his hand and didn’t like to be ruled by others.
Then I found out that if need to be a Director in your life then you need to see a lot of things where you need to meet with a lot of people in full exploration mode and the most important thing is you need loads of money currently, so in the final year started preparing for MNC jobs (campus placement) and to crack a good seat in an MBA college if the package is low. My hunger to earn more was there from childhood itself. During my college days started earning from teaching private tuition, Ebiz (selling online courses) & ramp walks, and photo shoots.
As I said, if you are dedicated you can do anything. I got an offer from Wipro Technologies at campus placement and a few top MBA colleges with an offer from Symbiosis in MS in Geoinformatics. Like I said before I like to choose a unique path in life so I chose to explore Ms. in Geoinformatics from Symbiosis-Pune and left other offers.
This is the start of our startup journey as I met Alumni of that college on the day of the Interview, where he motivated me to leave other offers and come with him. This person started his own company after passing out from that college and he said to me after 5 years this Industry needs more companies as then loads of projects are coming so if you wish you can also do. So, in some way, I am influenced by him.
What are the biggest challenges you have faced in your life and how did you overcome them?
During Covid in 2020, I faced a big challenge when our business was shattered due to the closing of Govt companies/institutions and their tender processes. Then the Govt asked us to supply medical equipment if we can work as a consultancy basis there. I got scammed into a 40L trap. There I learned a lot of things and made me strong to put my high positive energy to come out of it after 4 months of real struggle and by then our projects were resumed.
In 2022 also faced a huge loss for choosing the wrong team and working under work from home model as we didn’t have much profits to establish an office and not a regular money flow was also not there. These challenges make me strong and every challenge comes to teach you something, I take it this way now. Then these challenges come and go on a daily basis in the work process which I love to solve now and feel things are lively. It also helps me to stay connected to Earth always.

What’s the most significant hurdle brands face when navigating the digital landscape?
One of the most significant hurdles brands face in the digital landscape is managing and analyzing the vast amount of data available. The digital environment generates enormous amounts of data from various sources—social media, website analytics, customer interactions, and more. Effectively harnessing this data to gain actionable insights, personalize experiences, and make informed decisions is a complex challenge.
Brands often struggle with:
- Data Overload: Sorting through and making sense of the sheer volume of data can be overwhelming. Identifying which metrics are truly valuable and relevant to their goals is crucial.
- Integration and Consistency: Combining data from different platforms and ensuring consistency across various channels can be difficult. Disparate systems and data silos can hinder a cohesive strategy.
- Privacy and Compliance: Navigating data privacy regulations like GDPR or CCPA adds another layer of complexity. Brands must ensure they are compliant while still leveraging data effectively.
- Real-Time Decision Making: The fast-paced nature of the digital world requires real-time analysis and rapid response, which can be challenging without the right tools and expertise.
Successfully addressing these challenges requires a robust data strategy, the right technology stack, and a skilled team to interpret and act on the data.
