  5.  Plastic covers to store used/wet clothing
  6. Winter jacket and waterproof coat
  7. Trekking pants
  8.  Woolen cap, gloves, etc.
  9.  Sunglasses to keep your eyes from dangerous, harmful sun rays.
  10.  To resist your skin not being affected by nature carry a suncream lotion.
  11. Water bottle, Trekking pole
  12.  Quality First aid kit
  13. According to your requirements and health issues, personal medication should be followed as prescribed.

Haridwar

Haridwar is a religious pilgrimage place. According to Hindu mythology, Haridwar is said to be one of seven pristine temples. Ghangaria

Tips And Tricks

Intake of water should be increased before two days of trekking.

You are best suggestible to maintain the shoes which are larger than half of your regular shoe size. So that during trekking you’ll feel comfortable. To get rid of having blisters, sore fingers, maintain two-layered socks.

Double layered socks are recommendable.

While you are carrying mobiles and cameras make sure you are having plastic waterproof boxes which are highly recommended.

While trekking individually, in groups, or with others, never try to walk too fast, just maintain the natural rhythm of your walking tone Which is the best way to maintain your energy and boost up the process.

The excessive production of heat, sweat, are common symptoms, to prevent all these maintain a windcheater with you.
