I’m Pankaj, carrying professional experience of more than a decade, holding an MBA. with a significant decade-long tenure in a fast-growing cement company in India, specializing in Sales and Marketing, during my tenure at Wonder Cement, I excelled in various cross-functional roles, demonstrating proficiency in Sales Account Management, IT, Sales-MIS, Branding & Marketing, handling finances and serving as an Executive Assistant to Executive Director.
Presently, I take immense pride in serving as the CEO and Co-Founder of Woodology Pvt Ltd, a distinguished enterprise dedicated to the manufacturing of premium-quality pre-laminated boards.
In this role, I lead with a steadfast commitment to excellence, ensuring that Woodology stands as a beacon of quality and innovation in the industry of pre-laminated boards. My leadership skills extend to fostering a culture of innovation within the organization, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring effective team collaboration.

Over time, I furthered my business endeavour’s by establishing “Eventive,” an avant-garde event management enterprise dedicated to infusing creativity and precision into a myriad of occasions.
How did you come to your current role/position?
At the helm of my entrepreneurial trajectory is Eventive, a comprehensive event management company that plays a pivotal role in crafting unforgettable experiences. Strategically, I diversified my entrepreneurial ventures by founding and leading Woodology Pvt Ltd, a pioneering venture specializing in the manufacturing of premium-grade pre-laminated boards. My progression to the current role as Co-Founder and CEO stemmed from an unwavering commitment to superior craftsmanship and a visionary pursuit of innovative solutions within the Modular Furniture industry.
Who has influenced you the most in life and why?
The individuals who have profoundly influenced my life are Mr. Vimal Patni (Vice Chairman – Wonder Cement Ltd) and Shri Narendra Modi (Prime Minister of India).
Mr. Vimal Patni has significantly shaped both my professional and personal perspectives, instilling in me values such as a strong command of business, commitment, a down-to-earth demeanor, risk-taking, and fearlessness.

Navigating through some notable options in my professional journey required thoughtful consideration understanding customer behavior, aligning the right people with the right roles, and building an effective team. Ensuring enduring value for customers amidst external shifts demanded innovation to stay competitive.
To stay competitive, we focused on innovative solutions. Overcoming these challenges was about more than survival—it was about thriving in the dynamic business environment. In managing two distinct enterprises, a strategic mindset and resilience were vital for success. Assembling a proficient team and ensuring the continual delivery of exceptional customer service were key components.
