Name: Ms. Bhavana Jain
Company & Job Title: Founder and CEO at “Adinath Solution”
Your Educational Status
I am Bhavana Jain, a biotech engineer by education and a software developer by passion. My journey into the world of software development is rooted in necessity, driven by personal experiences and the desire to make a difference.
Little About Your Professional Journey
After completing my education in biotechnology, I secured a job at an IT company. This opportunity required me to leave my small hometown in Karnataka and move to the bustling city of Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The transition was challenging. I spent two grueling days searching for a hostel and, after finally finding one, I realized it wasn’t safe. Faced with this difficult situation, I made the tough decision to give up the job and return home.
Back in my hometown, I watched my late father, a diligent money lender, struggle with his hectic work schedule. He spent countless hours maintaining log books with thousands of entries, painstakingly searching through them to find specific information. This daily grind inspired me to create a solution to ease his workload.
This is when my hobby of software development truly began. I developed a software called Pawn Broker, designed to manage accounts for all my father’s clients. Watching him use the software effectively was a significant boost to my confidence and ignited a deeper passion for creating practical software solutions.
My journey took another turn when I got married and joined my brother-in-law’s software company. Here, I designed another software called EasyAccount to help my husband manage the accounts for his jewelry business. The success of EasyAccount led me to start my own firm, Adinath Solution, which offers a range of software solutions and products.
About “Adinath Solution”
At Adinath Solution, I developed several innovative apps. Among them are:
Jainam Gold: An e-commerce app for jewelers to manage online orders.
Mahadev Nath and Jewellers: Another e-commerce platform tailored to the jewelry industry.
When developing these apps, I focused on several key principles: the quality of the app, user-friendliness, cost-effectiveness, simple and attractive design, and comprehensive functionality to meet the client’s needs.
Your current role/position
Currently, I am working on upgrading the EasyAccounts app to make it even more user-friendly and presentable. Additionally, I am developing a new app called Tikmak, which helps jewelers label their products with precise gold weight information, thanks to a bit of innovative tweaking.
Balancing my role as a housewife and mother of two in a joint family, I take immense pride in pursuing my hobby of software development. It is fulfilling to see my work not only benefit my family but also make a significant impact on the businesses I serve. My journey from a biotech engineer to a software innovator is a testament to the power of necessity and passion driving meaningful change.
