Current Role/Position
At PromotEdge, we’re creating a paradigm shift, especially for advertising professionals who felt Kolkata was not conducive to building a career in this field. My vision extends beyond being the proprietor with limited knowledge and skills; I aim to transition PromotEdge from a person-driven to a process-driven entity. This evolution is designed to attract the best talents in the industry, allowing them to contribute significantly and collaboratively towards our shared goals.
Who has influenced you the most in life and why?
My grandmother has been my greatest influence. Her dedication to making me stand on my own, be honest (though not necessarily the smartest), and hustle in the face of adversity has shaped my character and approach to both life and business.
The biggest challenges you have faced in your life
Balancing my professional and personal life, along with helping my colleagues find their own balance, has been a significant challenge. Overcoming my nature as an opportunist and learning to say no were pivotal moments in my growth, allowing me to focus on what truly matters.

The importance of continual learning and adaptation cannot be overstated; it’s essential to remain relevant in a rapidly evolving market. Moreover, trust is a valuable commodity and should not be expected from everyone. These lessons have fundamentally shaped my approach to business and personal relationships.

Brands must be willing to listen to their agencies, embrace experimentation, and understand that marketing is an evolving process with its highs and lows.
