In the last two years, Amarpreet has taken on diverse projects, showcasing his prowess. From collaborating with an OEM based out of Saudi Arabia to set up a greenfield plant for Industrial IoT products, to working with another OEM based out of Navi Mumbai in India on in-house Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and backend operations for high-performance industrial products, Amar Preet’s footprint is global.

One of Amarpreet’s significant achievements includes a one-year project with another EMS in Bangalore, where, as an operations consultant, he played a crucial role in recruiting a leadership team, establishing operational processes, and leading the shop floor during customer audits, ultimately contributing to the acquisition of global customers.
Amarpreet’s leadership journey includes serving as the Director of Delivery Operations at Ideaforge Technology Pvt Ltd, a leading brand in Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAVs) in India. In this role, he successfully set up assembly shop floors, warehouses, and composite manufacturing, achieving ISO 9001:2015 Certification. Additionally, he played a pivotal role in establishing a high-performance delivery team covering various aspects from production to after-sales support.
During his tenure as Sr. Manager Manufacturing at Centum Electronics Limited, Amarpreet demonstrated expertise in high mix, low volume manufacturing, fostering relationships with international customers, and actively contributing to the setup of a state-of-the-art facility in the Bangalore Aerospace Park.
Amarpreet’s journey also encompasses roles such as Engineering Manager at Flextronics International, where he led Cisco New Product Introduction (NPI) processes in Malaysia and China. As a Manufacturing Manager at Vista Point Technologies, he spearheaded global manufacturing operations for camera modules.
His early career involved serving as a Production Lead at Deltron Limited, where he successfully set up a PCB assembly line for automotive assemblies and played a key role in implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
