Anamika’s journey began at the helm of a multinational marketing unit, where she navigated the intricacies of marketing of big multinational companies from offline to online. During those days in the first decade of the century, all companies were relying on largely offline & media tradition channels (TV, OHH) and participation in Trade shows, BTL activities,s, etc… Digital Marketing was at a nascent stage in India however, Anamika got exposure for the same while working on the top-notch American company in India. She great exposed to Marketing strategies, Segmentation, Product Launch, Lead generation, Brand awareness, Brand Building, CRM & Managing Sales funnel etc. during her stint from 2004 to 2014.
With all those vibrant & deep exposure in Marketing arena, she thought of starting her own business and benefitting many companies who lack a full marketing structure to manage their marketing right from strategies to execution area, she was able to fulfil all those requirements.
Now, in 2015 onwards a new journey started as entrepreneur, which was challenging but she felt worth taking this challenge. Company was already registered on the name of YRSK Marketing & Branding solutions Pvt Ltd in 2014. The company started with marketing consulting to various companies. It uses to worked largely with SMEs for business and marketing strategies and implementation of the same. While in many companies YRSK was involve only at strategic level and working closely with the CEO/ MD of the company for many SMEs in India. On kept doing Lead generation work through it’s big set up in Navi Mumbai & Khopoli office with 100 + team size.
YRSK has worked with many Top brands, especially B2B Brands, engineering-based companies, and the top trade show organizers, for their multiple B2B trade shows and across multiple segments. YRSK takes pride in working with Top Brands like TATA Group, INFORMA, SAP, DANAHER, ADANI Group, ICICI Group, LIC Group, IDEAFORGE, and many more ….
In 2021, Mr. Swarnendu Paul and NIIT & IIM with a rich experience of around 15 years joined the company, that gives new direction and energy to the company. Though YRSK had started its Digital wing to cater to existing client on their Digital Marketing, Social media, Paid campaign, SEO and all but the same time Pandemic Corona hit the business of Non-Digital in a big way.
However, after Swarnendu joined the company & Corona factor increased the Digital Business multifolds. Right from creating a website to all digital work was done in-house. Now it has reached to a stage where we have multiple partners, clients, Ai based solutions and working with many big giants as their Digital support.

The company has also got many Awards & Recognitions from the Industry and from different bodies. Asia Leadership Award, Article published in Silicon, SME chambers Awards, Navi Mumbai trade association award. Currently, YRSK has deep association with Assocham, Fucci, SME chambers, etc…
