Starting as a Technical Architect in one of the Big 4s I ventured into the crazy world of Marketing in 2011 along with forming my first venture MAGNE Consulting. Bootstrapping MAGNE for 6+ years we had the privilege of working with some of the big names in the industry and subsequently MAGNE was acquired by a Tech major MaxMobility and UrsDigitally was formed. In my current avatar as CEO of UrsDigitally, I am not only responsible for the P&L but also function as Marketing Strategist and Key Account Manager for Big Ticket clients like Tata, Godrej, Captain TMT, etc.
Who has had the deepest effect on your life and why?
I have been influenced by different people at different stages of my life but at a very early stage, I used to imitate my cousin Gautam, who is an alumnus of IIT–IIM and brings Out Of the Box thinking in the smallest things of life.
The biggest hurdles you’ve faced throughout your life?
Coming from a very small township in Uttar Pradesh It has been a long journey to reach a stage where I manage a Digital Transformation agency servicing clients globally. The challenge has been to constantly remind oneself that there is a long way to go and that whatever has been achieved so far is just a milestone.
What important takeaways have you gathered from your professional life?
The mantra to long-term success is 3A (Accountability, Attitude, Aptitude) and it is important to constantly explore new dimensions. The way the current landscape is changing and digital influence is growing it is imperative to conduct constant research and exploration to come up with strategies and solutions which are aligned with core business goals.
What do you see as the biggest challenge for brands in the digital space?
Alignment to business goals, balancing creativity with project governance, and real-time analytics-driven marketing strategy are some of the key challenges for the top CMOs & agency owners in today’s Digitally Disrupted ecosystem.
How can your service address and solve your customers’ pain points?

What do you enjoy doing when you’re not working?
Puzzle Solving, preparing for my PhD Course Work, and Spending time with my son are some of the things that I like doing in my free time.

Entrepreneurship is all about your ability to create profitable business models, acquire and manage talent pools, design and manage Sales Channels, and most importantly have the guts to face failures and still think BIG.
