Name: Pavani K N
Company & job title: Founder of “Life Craft Success Hub”
It pains me when I see people struggle and go through repeated cycles of emotions. However, I learned that I should not tell them, but show them there is a way out and you can be independent of the emotional drama inside out.
I founded Life Craft Success Hub in 2013, to Add Momentum to Life. Life Craft is a vehicle that supports transformation and promotes inner resilience. My clients experience inner joy and learn to live intentionally. They manifest desires as they naturally evolve spiritually.
Initial years, I helped students find their strengths to create career paths using the DMIT ( Dermatoglyphics Multiple Intelligence Test). After 11 years, I am proud to say it was successful because I see them happy with their choices and enjoying life and work as well. I continue to do this.
We were a team of 5 also supporting students with learning difficulties using SOI programs – Structure of intellect in association with Energia SOI. This was a huge success as we see students who always had low scores are now enjoying academics because we empowered them with techniques to understand and learn. They are all pursuing their passions today.
We have helped parents understand their children’s needs and strengths and guided them to empower children to get future-ready, which helped many families experience peace and harmony.
What steps brought you to your current role?
I’m an Architect turned Joy and Energy Coach. I have been practicing energy techniques and transformation tools for almost 25 years. I saw a huge personal transformation. Though I had inherent resilience and fearlessness, due to certain life situations, I saw myself going out of gear. That is when I started my journey of personal transformation and manifestation actively. 2019 I realized not many people can do what I do, and started exploring developing skills like coaching and training. I learnt from many trainers and masters, I only share things I have conviction and prefer to create my programs.
I founded Life Craft Success Hub in 2019, it has added momentum to my life and my evolution. From a DMIT analyst to a Joy & Energy Coach.
Who do you credit as your biggest inspiration?
My maternal grandmother was my influencer. Born in 1904, she was a devotional, spiritual, traveler, and social worker, with 11 of her children and 6 children who were orphaned. She had an open thinking, and let her daughter go round the world in 1954. She accepted love marriages in 1964. My grandfather was also very supportive of her ideas; however, I hadn’t met him as he was gone before I was born. She instilled the power of devotion and meditation in me at a very young age.
Every time I face a challenge I remember her, I question myself, if she could do things in her era, how can I even feel challenged?
What are the most formidable challenges you’ve faced?
My biggest challenge was changing my profession from an architect to a life coach. I had to go through an inner and outer transformation to experience independence and freedom to fulfill my passion. There was big resistance in the family and didn’t get the financial support. I started trading artificial jewelry and had to fund my initial education. Seeing my commitment after 7 years my husband supported me financially.
The second major challenge was to close down a flourishing set-up during the pandemic. I was launching new programs for adults just then. The student section came to a standstill, and all the money invested in the infrastructure for student training became zero, I didn’t have money to retain staff.
Last 2 years we formed a new team and we are working on our new programs for adults. We now have clients from different parts of the world.
Every time I face a challenge and feel cornered, or pushed to the wall, I emerge with new energy and zeal. I discover creative ways to flourish. An attitude passed to me from my grandmom.
What lessons stand out from your career path
Every challenge or every obstacle, is creating a space for incubating new opportunities. It is the time to learn, unlearn, and evaluate for gaps in the business structure, operations, and delivery.
What do you view as the primary struggle for brands in the digital realm?
Noise of the digital space. Too much information, too many strategies, creating overwhelm, not letting people choose for themselves, but all the time wanting to influence to make your buck. This makes people defensive of the information in the digital space. It may be interesting to read, discuss, and forget, but one may not choose to invest in everything that they engage in the digital space.
