Tarun Sharma belongs to Jaipur and started his IT Company in 2016. He started with himself, then hired two employees, who were experts in design and digital marketing, respectively. Initially, he used to work from his home, then gradually he took office space in Jaipur after a year. Tarun started with training activities like digital marketing, PHP development, asp.net, and handling customers too.
Then from just two, he grew into a team of twenty, hiring talented resources from different parts of the country. Ninety percent of his company’s clients are from abroad and 10% are leading Indian brand clients. He currently has twenty employees and two offices in Jaipur. Tarun completed his B.Tech in Computer Science from the Apex Institute of Engineering & Technology and started working in a US-based company. He worked there for three years before switching to another company. There he didn’t like the working style of his leaders and thus decided to start his venture. Through his company, he aims to give the best possible and proper solutions to clients.
I worked for 4-5 years, where I learned a lot of things, but I always had this desire to do something bigger, and that inspired me to do a startup.
Tarun’s father is his inspiration, and his craving for success is his biggest motivation, as he says. He knows how to manage struggles, strives through them, and eventually grows through them because of his father’s support, advice, and teachings. His second job and unforeseen financial instability in his family provoked the leader in him. Thus, he believes in growing as a team and wants to develop leadership in his employees too.
There are many phases in life, which come in every person’s life, there is nothing new. If I speak professionally, there are many people in life who motivate you, and there are some people who do not want you to do big. I always ignored all such things that demotivated me or stopped me from moving forward.
During my professional career, I have learned to work with all types of people. I know how to get things done. Planning, organizing, and time management – not only do you have to get to and leave work at set times but you will also have to learn to juggle different priorities and work on several projects simultaneously.

Standing out in the crowded online marketplace, optimizing user interfaces for conversion, and managing supply chain logistics are ongoing challenges. The digital space is saturated with content, making it difficult for brands to cut through the noise and engage their target audience. Creating relevant, high-quality content and deploying effective content marketing strategies is crucial.

Free time Activities
Tarun likes to invest his free time in developing new web products. He recently developed two new products – plug-ins and extensions, as solutions for E-commerce and various websites. He also likes to spend his free time with his wife and family and wants to achieve and give back to them.
