Like any other Engineer, my professional Journey started by working for a MNC. Even though I loved what I did and was constantly growing in my professional journey, I knew something was missing. Believe it or not, I met Gagan, The Co-founder of Tailwebs in the same 9-5 job that both of us wanted to quit. We first started with a Tech Product of our own called Perapy, which was an online group Therapy Platform. While building our own product, we realized that there was a huge gap in providing good quality tech service to the people who had a product idea but did not have Tech Expertise.
A lot of people built tech, but nobody built it like their own! This was a main Gap that we wanted to bridge, which led to building a Tech Service Company that focused on building good Quality and scalable Tech. Over the years, we have grown with each problem that products face, may it be managing financing, managing data, marketing of their product, or anything else that is required to grow your business.

I believe that One can Dream Big, and have ambitious goals but it’s only possible because of the people they are influenced by. In my journey, I’ve come across many people, friends, relatives, and clients, who have seen Ups and Downs in their careers. Honestly, there is something to learn from each journey and each experience.
But if I had to mention one person who has influenced and guided me throughout my journey, I would say it is my brother Gaurav Surekha. He is the director of Ascent Decor, which is the 3rd Largest Fabrics Manufacturer in the world. His road to success is not only inspirational for me, it is also an example of sheer discipline, determination, and hard work. Many times, if I am stuck at any decision-making, he would be the first one I would go to for advice.
Lessons Learnt from my Professional career
The Biggest Lesson Learnt is, that nothing comes easy and is not dependent on a single factor. You may have lots of money, and great funding, but still fail in a business. Or you may have a rags-to-riches story!

Challenges for Brands in the Digital Space
Every client is different, and every business comes with its own challenges in the Digital Space. But if I had to pinpoint a single challenge, I would say that clients don’t understand that everything in a Tech Product cannot be built at once.
We generally educate our clients that you need to go to the Market with an MVP and test it out with their real audience. Then as per the Feedback, you might have to add or delete the initially thought features. There has to be constant development of the product in different phases, as per the market requirement. You might need great marketing at some point, or you may need to concentrate on building a great product at some time.
The Greatest Challenge you’ve Encountered and How you Overcame It
People generally say, you have to fall in love with the journey to success and then only you can achieve it! I think differently! It is difficult to fall in love with a journey until you become successful.
Only once, you achieve something substantial, you feel, oh Wow! What a Journey it was, and if you don’t then you end up saying – What did I do with my life!
And trust me, in this Journey, you come up with different challenges at different points of time. It may be hiring the right people, getting the right clients, building your thought leadership, managing your team well, or anything else. For me, the way to overcome it is to take each thing one at a time. Solve a problem, and then move to the next one. And most importantly, don’t lose patience over anything.
In what ways can your product address and mitigate the problems experienced by your customers?
One of the main verticals of Tailwebs is Product Consultancy. We not only help the product owner with developing and delivering quality products, but we also help them with product consultancy. We guide them on how to launch, grow, and scale their products every step of the way!
Your favorite activities during your free time
I like to watch movies, listen to songs, hang out with friends, play badminton, and FIFA on PS, chill with my team, and read books.
My advice to the ones who are dreaming of becoming an entrepreneur is that it’s not easy to be one, always be ready to hussle be open-minded and accept the challenges that come along, and never ever fear to take risks because it comes as a package deal. Keep your goals realistic and do not feel bad if you make mistakes, everyone who has become successful has once made many mistakes in their professional journey so do not hesitate to try and explore the opportunities that are on your way. Have a thorough understanding of all the requirements before starting your journey. Strive hard and do not give up on your goals and ambitions. Don’t just dream to become successful, make that happen.
