In 2017, I embarked on my entrepreneurial journey with the launch of “SNITS Infotech Pvt Ltd.” Initially offering basic web designing and development services, the company evolved over time to provide a comprehensive range of services, including web and software development, Android and iOS app development, digital marketing, cybersecurity, and consultation.
About your professional journey
The Beginnings (2017-2019)
During the early years, SNITS Infotech flourished as we expanded our service offerings. However, in 2019, the venture faced challenges and eventually dissolved. Undeterred, I moved to Pune to explore new opportunities.
Resilience and New Beginnings (2019-2020)
In Pune, I encountered a setback when the owner of a software company failed to pay my salary. Fueled by frustration, I decided to channel my energy into creating “Maveric Infotech.” Remarkably, within a month, the business generated 3 lakh in revenue, establishing a foundation for growth.
The Pandemic Pivot (2020)
The COVID-19 pandemic brought unforeseen challenges. Returning to my hometown, I leveraged the power of remote work to continue operations. Maveric Infotech not only survived but thrived during this period. As the team grew, we secured significant software projects and successfully delivered projects, including e-commerce platforms, iOS apps, and digital marketing campaigns for clients across multiple countries.
Team Growth and Stability (2021-2024)
Despite the pandemic’s disruptions, Maveric Infotech experienced remarkable growth. From a one-person operation, the company now boasts a stable team of 12 talented individuals. We have not only weathered the storm but emerged stronger, consistently delivering quality services to our clients.

This journey has been a rollercoaster of challenges and triumphs. The experiences with SNITS Infotech and Maveric Infotech have shaped my resilience and determination. From dissolving one venture to establishing another, each step contributed to my growth as an entrepreneur.

“I’ve often contemplated this question, and I find that my life has been shaped more by a collection of experiences and self-reflection rather than a single influential figure. While I’ve encountered many inspiring individuals and learned valuable lessons from various sources, my journey has been more of a self-guided exploration. I believe in continuously learning from every situation, adapting, and evolving based on my own experiences and insights. This approach has allowed me to develop a unique perspective and a strong sense of self-reliance. I appreciate the wisdom shared by others, but I find that my personal growth is driven by my introspection and the diverse array of experiences I’ve encountered along the way.”
What are the biggest challenges you have faced in your life and how did you overcome them?
The biggest challenge I’ve faced in my life was convincing my parents to allow me to start my own venture. Coming from a background where they have dedicated their lives to education, working as the principal and a teacher in a school, the concept of entrepreneurship was quite foreign to them.
