Certainly! My professional journey began in a small town in Odisha. After completing my graduation in BSc Chemistry, I recognized the potential in the IT sector, leading me to Bangalore to pursue a career in IT. Despite initial struggles, I enrolled in an IT course, securing my first job with a monthly salary of 5000 Rs. Over the years, I transitioned to software testing, accumulating a decade’s worth of experience before founding PrimeQA Solutions in 2021.
My journey to founding PrimeQA Solutions stemmed from my realization of the limitations in my early IT career. Fueled by determination, I pursued further education in software testing, overcame challenges, and honed my expertise. This journey eventually led me to establish PrimeQA Solutions, aiming to provide top-notch QA services to clients.
What are the greatest difficulties you’ve experienced?
One of the significant challenges I faced was making such a big decision to leave the well-paying job and start my own venture, but through perseverance, dedication, and a continuous commitment to learning, I overcame it. This experience taught me the importance of resilience and adaptability. It was a do-or-die situation. By heart, I always wanted to start a business.
Who has played the biggest role in influencing your life?
The person who has influenced me the most is Ratan Tata, Amitabh Bachan, and Sachin Tendulkar. Their commitment to the work and uplifting India have played a pivotal role in shaping my perspective and guiding my professional and personal growth.
What lessons have you learned from your professional career?
From my professional journey, I’ve learned the importance of hard work, continuous learning, and staying adaptable in the dynamic Software testing industry. Every challenge is an opportunity for growth, and consistency is key to success.
What do you believe is the greatest challenge for brands operating online?
In the digital space, one of the biggest challenges for brands is getting profitable. Visibility, Revenue, and GTM we can tweak but making a profit is a whole different game. I belong to a Gujarati family. We understand simple dynamics in business, Purchase for 5INR add some margin, and sell it. We never want to do a single deal by losing a penny.

Actually, I don’t have free time, We middle-class families have something to do over the weekend also.

My advice for aspiring entrepreneurs or chief officers is to believe in yourself, Take risks, and Work the hell out of it, there is no work-life balance in the journey.
