About Your Professional Journey
Having a solid 20+ years of combined industrial experience, working in the enterprise core telecom market, managing a sizable R&D team in Chennai in an international context, and maintaining Voice over IP products like the Alcatel-Lucent PBX that was co-sourced with TCS Project until the year 2019.
My employment experience began with a small startup firm in 2001 after I received my diploma in electronics and telecommunication from Murugappa Polytechnic College of the Murugappa Group. I then worked my way up through large corporations to Core Telecommunication Companies. I’ve kept my entrepreneurial spirit and ability to adapt tiny structures to complex organizational needs throughout my career. I’m also passionate, practical, and goal-oriented in the telecommunications industry. strongly believes, and has actually proven, that teams that work together and are motivated can accomplish very difficult goals.
About your Educational Status
In the meantime, I started working part-time to study for my Bachelor of Engineering, which I finished in 2008, and I also began studying for my Master of Business Administration in Telecommunication at Anna University the same year. Internal TATA Consultancy ASCENT, PRINCE, and many other technical certifications have been completed, and the individual is always eager to take on new and difficult projects. In addition, the individual has practical experience with Alcatel Systems installation and configuration, manual/functional/regression, and automation testing, as well as prototyping and development product testing.
We have a Faarm2plate Domestic and Commercial oil-making machine with seeds requirements across the globe that we supplied under the Tradenew mart umbrella, which was built by a full-time entrepreneur starting in 2019 and under which we have strong testimonials and strong relationships with previous clients.
A diversified strategy will be necessary for farming to be sustainable. In order to achieve farming sustainability, blockchain technology can be beneficial. Blockchain can be used to optimize distribution systems, specifically by farmers, food manufacturers, distributors, and retailers.

How did you come to your current role/position?
I am a Software Engineer by Profession turned into an Agritech Startup Entrepreneur, Being from Agricultural background, I know the real pain points of the farmers on a daily basis.
My mission is to serve the farming community of the country by expanding my business to the local and National levels.
Faarm2Plate came into existence with the goal of providing a replacement for the current disposable plastic utensils in the market.
Our mission is to start a traditional revolution. currently, Millions of single-use Plastic food containers end up in landfills every year after being used once. Through our initiative, we hope to put an end to this behavior and increase public awareness of this traditional use.
It is a percent Biodegradable and fully Edible one, you can’t eat the plates regularly after use but we may eat them after some time for some application for soup serving and other small eatable food containers.
Who has influenced you the most in life and why?
My family is a family of farmers. I have grown up on a farm. As I was growing up, I noticed that it is very difficult to deal with the mediators, So, I wanted to bridge the gap between farmers and markets. That’s when I came up with the idea of Faarm2plate Ancestor Agrichain. It deals with streamlining the whole supply chain for both parties.
What lessons you have learned from your professional career?
Failure is the stepping stone for Every Success in our Life. Absolutely is true when realize yourself so go with your passion and work on that consistently, We got a 25 lakh rupees grant from the Central Govt scheme called RKVY RAFTAAR Scheme from the university.
How your product can help to resolve the pain points of your customers?
Recently, I collaborated with Hyderabad Agricultural University Manage to create from Agricultural waste to biodegradable Alternative for single-use packaging with less carbon emission.
We got a 25 lakh rupees grant from the Central Govt scheme called RKVY-RAFTAAR Scheme from the university.
Post Harvest Groundnut Protein Source from the Oil Extracted Agriculture waste Cake to Biodegradable Alternative Cups/plates and Animal Cattle/Poultry Traditional Method of Feeding.
What do you do in your free time?
Reading Books of Failure and Achievers and Pencil Drawing. Mostly in my free time, I spend time with my Cute son J.G.Mohith.
Do you have any advice for those who want to be an entrepreneur/chief officer?
I believe that when you uplift others, you are in a way uplifting yourself. So, never give up. Keep upskilling in any of the stages like you are the Student or Studentpreneur.
